Origami Peace Experience in Hiroshima: Fold and Dedicate a Crane

Origami is a traditional Japanese art of folding paper into beautiful shapes.

In this special experience, you’ll begin with simple and fun animal origami as a warm-up. Then, you will discover the story of the paper crane and fold your own, carrying a personal wish for peace.

Afterwards, your guide will lead you on a short walk through the streets of Hiroshima, sharing local stories and history along the way, before arriving at the Children’s Peace Monument. There, you will dedicate your handmade crane in a heartfelt moment of remembrance.

Through this experience, you won’t just enjoy origami—you’ll also connect deeply with Hiroshima’s history, its message of peace, and the charm of its local streets.
